Dr Daniel Leach is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Valens Health. He provides clinical leadership and oversees the development of evidence-based, safe, and innovative services within a CQC-registered healthcare company dedicated to men’s health and hormone optimisation. His role includes ensuring the highest standards of governance, patient pathways, and quality of care.

With extensive experience across General Practice and Pre-hospital Emergency Medicine (PHEM) in the UK, Australia, and Canada, Dr Leach has worked in diverse and high-acuity environments, from UK HEMS and BASICS to Motorsport Medicine (British Superbikes and MotoGP), Mountain Rescue, and expedition medicine worldwide. He has also served as a consultant with the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Australia, specialising in complex long-range retrievals.
